Easy Honey Lemonade
I choose to use honey instead of sugar for my Lemonade. It’s a great anti-bacterial and since having kids I have a different relationship with the sweetness of processed sugar.
That said, if sugar is what you have or prefer, ½ to 1 cup, depending on how sweet you like your lemonade. No rules here.
This is my go-to easy honey lemonade—simple, refreshing, and made in minutes.

A refreshing homemade lemonade made with freshly squeezed lemons and naturally sweetened with honey.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
½ cup honey (add more if you like it sweeter)
4 cups ice-cold water
Ice, for serving
Instructions (Pitcher / Jug Method)
Squeeze your lemons until you have exactly 1 cup of fresh juice.
Add the honey directly to the lemon juice and whisk well until fully dissolved—no honey clumps left behind.
Pour the lemon-honey mixture into a pitcher/jug and add the cold water.
Stir, add ice, and serve immediately… or refrigerate for later.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
Instructions (Blender Method – extra easy)
Add:
1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup raw honey
3 cups water
1 cup ice
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the honey is fully dissolved.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
Lemons make us pucker.
Honey softens the edge.
Sometimes that’s all transformation really is—meeting the sour with something steady, supportive, and kind.
